Admissions to class VII

Admissions to the college open only once a year for inducting boys to class VII, VIII and Pre O Level (Cambridge System ) subject to fulfillment of the Eligibility conditions and Medical fitness. Admissions are normally announced through the leading English, Urdu and Sindhi newspapers during the month of September/October every year.

Application Forms (Supplied with prospectus), complete in all respects, are to be submitted by the last date prescribed in the advertisement published in the press. On receipt, the forms are scrutinized and candidates found eligible are issued roll numbers.

Written Tests are held on date which is advertised in the newspapers the same is also individually intimated. Those who qualify the written test are, individually, intimated and called for interview and medical examination. Those who qualify all stages are placed on amerit drawn according to performance. Final selection is then based on this list and according to the relevant quota. Final call-up letters for joining are then issued and the selectees are to join by a date indicated (normally April/May).

Those who qualify the written test shall be called for interview and medical examination normally within a fortnight of the declaration of the result of the written test.The medical test & interviews are normally conducted concurrently on the same day.

Examination Centers for the written test will be at Karachi, Petaro, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana, Sukkur, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Quetta*. Candidates are to indicate their choice of centre in the Application Form. No request for change of centre will be entertained.

Class VII Eligibility

In class VII limited seats are offered to candidate domiciled in rural area of Sindh and already studying in the school located in the rural areas of Sindh i.e schools outside the limits of district headquarters. Eligibility criteria for class VII is as under.
a) Age: 11 to 13 years as on 31 March. (03 months age relaxation will be considered either side).
b) Qualification: Either passed Class VI or appearing in Class VI Annual Examination.
c) Domicile: Only rural areas of Sindh and must be in possession of Birth Certificate and School Leaving Certificate from rural Sindh School.
